Job Description:
? Prepare and serve premium beverages while ensuring consistent quality, speed, and exceptional guest service during peak operations.
? Support the Head Bartender by supervising bartenders during shifts, coaching junior team members, and maintaining service standards.
? Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and compliant with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards throughout the shift.
? Drive guest satisfaction and beverage sales through product recommendations, upselling, and proactive customer engagement.
