Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Real Estate Agent at Odyssey Real Estate in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, such as assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. You will work with a diverse range of properties, including off-plan and secondary properties, as well as commercial real estate.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and generate new client leads through various channels (networking, referrals, and marketing).
Property Sales: Present, market, and sell properties to clients, ensuring they are matched with the ideal home or investment opportunity.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, market prices, and competitor offerings to better advice clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
Administrative Tasks: Prepare contracts, handle paperwork, and manage listings in the company database.
Qualifications
. Real Estate License (preferred)
. Languages (English and Arabic)
. Knowledge of real estate laws and sales skills
. Experience in customer service and the real estate industry
. Strong communication and negotiation skills
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
. Knowledge of the local real estate market and property values
. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
