We are looking for an experienced Project / Production Manager to join an upcoming major event project in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing live events, event production, and large-scale projects, with the ability to take ownership of planning, coordination, and on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of event projects from concept through execution
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, schedules, and key milestones
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, production partners, and other stakeholders
- Oversee event production requirements, including logistics, build, technical elements, infrastructure, and site operations as applicable
- Manage suppliers and contractors to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep delivery on track
- Manage project documentation, schedules, budgets, and operational requirements
- Lead and coordinate teams during the planning and execution phases
- Attend production meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and event days as required
- Ensure all event activities are delivered in line with agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
- Support troubleshooting and decision-making during live event delivery
- Prepare post-event reports and ensure project close-out requirements are completed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Production Manager, or similar role within the events industry
- Experience delivering large-scale live events, exhibitions, conferences, festivals, or similar projects
- Strong project management and production knowledge
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party partners
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Must currently be based in Qatar
- Must be available for the full contract period from 15 October 2026 to 15 February 2027
