We are looking for detail-oriented dog and cat owners residing in Dubai to conduct mystery shopping audits at select veterinary clinics. As an evaluator, you will take your pet for a routine consultation, vaccination, or diagnostic check and evaluate the quality of care, customer service, cleanliness, and overall client experience.
All audit-related veterinary expenses will be 100% covered by us.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and attend a routine appointment with your pet at a designated veterinary clinic in Dubai.
• Observe staff professionalism, waiting times, clinic hygiene, vet care quality, and overall customer service.
• Complete a structured online evaluation form and submit photos of receipts/invoices within 24–48 hours of the visit.
