Warehouse Manager for Spare Parts and Industrial Equipment Jobs in Zarqa, Jordan at Kasih Factories Group For Foodstuff
1- Administrative and Leadership Supervision:
• Lead and direct the warehouse team (Warehouse Keeper, Assistants) while assigning daily tasks and evaluating their performance regularly.
• Implement OHSAS/ISO safety and health standards within the warehouses to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
2- Inventory Management:
• Strictly monitor the movement of technical inventory (spare parts, tools, industrial equipment) through documented processes (receiving, issuing, returning, inter-warehouse transfers).
• Design and implement an advanced Barcoding/Coding System that ensures 100% accuracy and quick access to items.
• Plan and oversee all types of stocktaking (surprise stocktaking, quarterly stocktaking, and annual comprehensive stocktaking) and reconcile with the records.
3- Strategic Planning and Supply Chain:
• Continuously monitor inventory levels and identify critical stock transactions: safety stock limits, maximum limits, and reorder points to prevent excess or shortage.
• Conduct regular meetings and coordinate with the maintenance manager and technical engineers to understand preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring critical parts are secured in advance to prevent production line stoppages.
• Prepare and validate technical purchase requests based on actual needs and consumption patterns, and coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery (JIT).
4- Technical Inspection and Quality:
• Review and inspect incoming shipments upon arrival, reading catalogs and technical specifications to ensure compliance with purchase orders before signing for receipt.
• Manage and track requirements and specifications related to defective or non-compliant items with the procurement department and suppliers.
5- Reporting and Data Analysis:
• Professionally work on ERP Systems and database warehouses to update inventory records promptly.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management including: inventory movement report, slow-moving items report, dead stock report, actual consumption analysis, and variance analysis.
