Your role will encompass a combination of administrative and HR including:
Acting as the executive assistant to the medical director, handling correspondence, scheduling, and general secretarial tasks.
Monitoring HR functions, including staff attendance, leave records, and compliance with company policies.
Organizing and maintaining files, ensuring timely renewals of licenses, visas, and other regulatory documents.
Basic Bookkeeping and managing financial records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
