Personal Banking Officer

We are seeking a customer-focused and target-driven Personal Banking Officer to promote and sell a range of banking products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying financial needs, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent banking experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, financial services, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience in direct sales, relationship management, or banking products is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
• Knowledge of KYC and AML requirements is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language capability is an advantage.
