Job Description
We are looking for a Secretary / Administrative & Sales Executive to work with our software company. The successful candidate will communicate with customers on behalf of the Managing Director, prepare quotations and invoices, follow up with customer inquiries, coordinate appointments, and help customers understand our software solutions and services.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and payment reminders.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Explain the company’s software products and services to prospective customers.
- Recommend suitable software solutions based on customer requirements.
- Promote additional services such as mobile applications, websites, QR Menu, online ordering, and annual support plans.
- Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical support teams.
- Perform general administrative and office duties.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales, administration, customer service, or secretarial work.
- Experience with POS, ERP, Billing, or Business Management Software is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, and professional correspondence.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
