Hiring: Senior Personal Assistant to Managing Director (Family Office Style Role)

Salary: Approximately AED 35,000 per month
Work Schedule: 6 days per week

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in both professional and personal capacities.
This role requires an individual with strong experience working within family offices or high-net-worth environments, capable of managing confidential matters, handling financial coordination, and overseeing household operations.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted right-hand support, ensuring seamless management of the Managing Director’s personal affairs, financial coordination, and family logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
- Manage the Managing Director’s personal calendar, appointments, and daily schedules
- Handle all personal correspondence, communications, and documentation
- Manage the Managing Director’s professional and personal profile, including coordination with key stakeholders
- Ensure confidentiality in all personal and business matters
Banking & Financial Coordination
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on behalf of the Managing Director
- Assist in managing personal financial portfolio coordination
- Maintain records of financial documents and ensure timely follow-ups
- Liaise with accountants, bankers, and financial advisors when required
- Track key financial deadlines and ensure smooth documentation flow
Travel & Lifestyle Management
- Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
- Coordinate transportation arrangements, drivers, and vehicle schedules
- Handle ticket bookings, reservations, and event arrangements
- Manage travel plans for both business and family needs
Household & Family Management (House Manager Function)
- Oversee day-to-day household operations
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure smooth functioning of all home-related services
- Manage family logistics, including appointments, school schedules, and household requirements
- Handle maintenance schedules and supervise service providers
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant roles
- Proven experience working with Family Offices or high-net-worth individuals is essential
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Strong experience coordinating with banks and financial institutions
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to independently manage complex responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Preferred Profile
- Experience managing personal portfolios and financial documentation
- Prior experience as a House Manager or Lifestyle Manager
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Experience handling VIP or family office operations
Compensation & Benefits
