Operations Executive -Ship Spares Jobs in Dubai at ALPHA STAR SHIPPING LLC
· Attend to emails and calls from customers, overseas agents, and suppliers for rate enquiries
· Monitor shipments of Ship Spares (arrival date,time,short landed)
· Working on Asana & FRESA applications for various day to day activities such as creation of jobs, adding cost & sale price updates for debit notes, etc
· Procuring rates from vendors stretched across the globe
· Supporting the team for all Ship Share’s Operations – Import / Export / Cross Trade and Vessel onboard delivery
· Preparing quotations for customers (Local, Air & Sea freight)
· Manage the movement of shipments in and/or out of the countries (Mainly Ship Spares)
· Manage the necessary documentation for all import/export activities
· Communicate with the import/export related overseas offices, customers & suppliers, in all relevant countries, as necessary to ensure efficiency of activities to be completed
· Prepare & submit stock report acurately & on timely basis
· Handling of major customers & their respective all Vessel Operations
· Responsible for Import /Export (Air/Sea/Land) Pricing and operations – Ship Spare’s
· Use initiative to develop effective & constructive solutions to challenges & obstacles in day to day activities
· Manage/liaise with stock control, warehousing for import/export activities
· Prepare invoices to customers and do the costing of Delivery notes
· Any other jobs assigned by the management from time to time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
