We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Paymaster to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate and timely payments for our organization.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily cash management operations, including receipts, disbursements, and reconciliations
Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employees and vendors
Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and assist in financial statement preparation
Manage petty cash and reconcile bank statements, resolving any discrepancies
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and provide support during audits
Stay updated on local financial regulations and labor laws in Saudi Arabia
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in financial management software, payroll processing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, cash management procedures, and banking operations
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements, including Saudi labor laws
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
CPA certification or other relevant financial certifications preferred
