Patrolling Supervisor Jobs in Dubai at MAGNUM SECURITY
Magnum Security, established in 2003, offers security services across various industries in Dubai. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Patrolling Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, train, and supervise a team of patrolling officers, ensuring that they adhere to security protocols and company standards.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the patrolling schedule to ensure complete coverage of the assigned areas.
Respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents, including emergencies, alarms, and violations. Investigate incidents and document findings in reports.
Ensure that security staff follows all established safety procedures, security protocols, and operational guidelines during patrolling.
Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on patrolling activities, security incidents, and other relevant observations.
Provide ongoing training to security staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of security equipment and ensure that it is operational and in good condition.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide assistance to clients, employees, and visitors as needed while ensuring their safety and security.
Qualifications :
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field is a plus).
Experience :
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a security or patrolling supervisory role.
Skills :
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to make quick, decisive decisions in emergency situations.
In-depth knowledge of security protocols and safety procedures.
Ability to use security systems and technology effectively.
Valid UAE Driving License
Strong knowledge of security regulations, including SIRA and PSCOD standards.
Certifications :
Certifications : Security-related certification SIRA or training is preferred.
Physical Fitness : Must be physically fit and able to walk, stand, or patrol for extended periods.
Language Proficiency : Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
