The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Consultant (5–7 years experience) to join a high-impact, cross-border advisory engagement supporting a European client in the financial claims and debt recovery space.
This role offers exposure to complex recovery scenarios, governance design, and UAE market entry strategy, including cases involving online fraud, scams, and crowdfunding-related claims.
You will operate in a lean, high-performing team, working directly with senior advisors and decision-makers.
What You’ll Work On
️ Corporate Governance & Structuring
– Design and assess governance frameworks in post-recovery scenarios
– Define decision-making structures and oversight mechanisms
– Identify and mitigate governance risks (legal, operational, fiduciary)
– Support preparation of structured governance documentation
Recovery Strategy & Execution
– Contribute to the design of recovery strategies and execution frameworks
– Analyze creditor positioning, recovery scenarios, and cash flow dynamics
– Structure approaches to complex claims recovery
– Coordinate across legal, financial, and operational stakeholders
UAE Market Entry & Strategy
– Analyze the UAE landscape for:
– debt recovery services
– fraud and financial claims
– dispute resolution in emerging sectors
– Assess:
– regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements
– competitive landscape and key players
– market entry barriers and opportunities
– Support development of go-to-market strategies, including:
– entry models (partnerships, local setup, outsourcing)
– pricing and operational considerations
Strategic Advisory & Delivery
– Produce high-quality deliverables (reports, memos, strategic recommendations)
– Present insights to senior stakeholders
– Work closely with senior advisors to ensure quality and consistency
– Maintain structured and well-documented analysis
Who We’re Looking For
Experience
– 5–7 years in:
– consulting (strategy, governance, risk)
– corporate or financial advisory
– legal/financial environments with analytical focus
Core Skills
– Strong analytical and structured thinking
– Ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable outputs
– Comfort working in cross-border and regulatory contexts
– Solid understanding of financial flows, risk, and governance
Nice to Have
– Experience in restructuring, recovery, or insolvency
– Exposure to fintech, fraud, or financial claims
– Familiarity with UAE or broader MENA markets
Mindset
– High ownership and autonomy
– Detail-oriented and disciplined
– Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
– Strong written and verbal communication (English)

Compensation
