Job Description:
Job Title: Patrolling Security Supervisor (Facility Management)
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising security guards, conducting regular patrols and site inspections, maintaining safety and security, responding to incidents and emergencies, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring compliance with company and client security procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor security guards and their assigned posts.
- Conduct regular foot/vehicle patrols and site inspections.
- Ensure proper access control and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Monitor CCTV and security equipment where applicable.
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, alarms, and security breaches.
- Check staff attendance, discipline, uniform, and grooming.
- Prepare daily patrol and incident reports.
- Coordinate with clients and emergency services when required.
- Ensure all security procedures and client instructions are followed.
- Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or incidents to management immediately.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Security Guard.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good observation and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically fit and medically suitable for patrol duties.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- UAE security experience/license preferred.
- Basic English communication and report-writing skills.
- Uae Driving License
