Requirements:
- Recruiting within aviation- desirable
- Meet KPI’s
- Reporting will be required- Own recruitment metrics and produce stats for reporting on monthly basis
- Deal with stakeholders (with supervision on stats)
- Sales- List of aviation contacts – desirable
- Proactive in approaching candidates who meet the client requirements
- Proactive in cold calling, emailing client
- Advanced course in Microsoft office (Word and Excel) is a must
- Fluent in English oral and written is a must
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners to support recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Manage recruitment-related data and documentation in our database.
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and company.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fitness for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Understanding client requirements and build positive relationships with clients’ companies.
