Job Summary:
The Patient Welcome & Greeting Associate is responsible for creating a positive first impression by warmly welcoming patients and visitors. This role ensures patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported from the moment they arrive.
Arabic speaking is a must
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Welcome patients upon arrival and notify appropriate staff
- Provide basic information and directions within the facility
- Assist patients with sign-in or check-in processes
- Maintain a calm, welcoming environment in waiting areas
- Respond courteously to patient questions and concerns
- Support front desk and clinical staff as needed
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm, positive, and professional demeanor
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a healthcare setting
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
