Job Summary
We are a premier wellness and aesthetics clinic in Dubai seeking a high-energy, patient-focused Aesthetic Patient Coordinator with a proven track record in sales. In this role, you will be the bridge between our medical team and our patients, guiding clients through their treatment journeys while actively driving clinic revenue.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of luxury customer service, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to confidently present, upsell, and close aesthetic treatment packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultation & Sales Conversion: Guide patients through their treatment plans following their initial consultation with the doctor/practitioner. Confidently present treatment pricing, upsell complementary services/skincare, and close packages to meet monthly sales targets.
- Patient Journey Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for patients from their first inquiry through to their post-treatment follow-ups, ensuring an elite, seamless experience.
- Lead Management & Follow-up: Proactively follow up with warm leads, inquiries via WhatsApp/social media, and missed consultations to re-engage patients and book appointments.
- Retention & Loyalty: Maintain strong relationships with existing patients, educating them on new treatments, seasonal promotions, and clinic memberships to maximize lifetime value.
- Coordination & Scheduling: Manage the practitioners’ calendars efficiently to maximize daily clinic capacity while ensuring minimal wait times for patients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic therapists) to understand treatment details and align on patient goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, or Medical Sales Representative in a premium aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or luxury wellness center in Dubai.
- Sales Backround: Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a consultative, non-aggressive manner.
- Communication Skills: Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory. (Fluency in Arabic or Russian is a major advantage in the Dubai market).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with common aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, lasers, skin boosters, body contouring) and skincare lines.
- Local Market Expertise: Solid understanding of Dubai’s multicultural clientele and luxury service expectations.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in clinic management systems (e.g., Salesforce, ClinicSoftware, Pabau) and professional WhatsApp communication.
