Job Summary: The Technical Manager leads the technical team, providing technical guidance and overseeing the full design lifecycle from concept through to production. This role ensures compliance with industry standards and regional regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team, providing technical guidance and support
- Oversee project drawings from concept to production
- Review drawings, specifications, and engineering details to ensure buildability and compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regional regulations
- Coordinate design, engineering, and delivery across modular construction programmes
- Support business development teams through delivery of practical technical solutions
- Drive technical excellence from initial design to project completion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical management in construction/precast concrete industry
- Strong Revit and CAD skills
- Experience with modular and prefabricated construction systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
