In this position, you will support the Aftersales Manager in leading retail and workshop parts operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and business growth. What You Will Do
- Lead and support the daily parts operation across retail counter and workshop channels
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective parts sales and inventory management
- Promote Toyota Genuine Parts and ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Manage and develop a team of Parts Sales Representatives, Partsmen, and support staff
- Monitor performance, productivity, and resource utilization to meet operational targets
- Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate customer and parts data management within business systems
- Support forecasting, reporting, inventory control, and stock optimization activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
