iEnglish Language Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced Korean Language Instructor to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess mother-tongue proficiency in Korean and a strong command of English to effectively facilitate learning for our diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive Korean language lessons to students of various proficiency levels.
- Customize lesson plans to meet specific student goals, including conversational fluency, business Korean, or exam preparation.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
- Foster a positive and immersive classroom environment that encourages cultural appreciation.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Exceptional, native-level command of the Korean language (written and verbal).
- Communication: High proficiency in English to explain complex linguistic concepts to non-native speakers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching Korean as a foreign language is a significant advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong classroom management skills and the ability to connect with students from different cultural backgrounds.
- Availability: Flexible for part-time hours (evenings or weekends preferred).
