We are seeking an experienced and independent HR Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. The primary objective is to restructure our company, analyze the organizational hierarchy, and improve human resource efficiency across various departments such as the warehouse, procurement, and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess the current organizational structure and identify weaknesses and gaps.
* Design and update job descriptions and tasks for every role.
* Evaluate current employees and provide recommendations for development.
* Lead the recruitment and selection of new talent.
* Build and develop new HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations with the new structure.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in human resources management, with a strong focus on organizational structuring.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
