Painting Supervisor Jobs in Sharjah at AIMMS Oil and Gas Equipments Inspection and Maintenance LLC
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Painting Supervisor/ Foreman.
Shipping/ marine (offshore and onshore) industry experience preferred.
Should have spray painting and machine maintenance experience.
Oversee and manage painting projects by coordinating with project managers and clients.
Should be aware of paint mixing and its specifications by referring to the product data-sheet.
Ensure all painting work is completed on time and within budget by maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed and provide regular progress reports to project managers and clients.
Order and manage painting supplies and materials while ensuring proper maintenance and storage of painting equipment in a clean and organized work environment.
Ability to manage technicians and conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the reporting heads.
Should be capable of resolving any issues or problems that arise during projects.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
