Painter Specialist Jobs in Dubai at Elegant Technical Service LLC
- Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
- Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
- Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
- Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
- Knowledge of Wall, gypsum, epoxy, texture and spray painting
concrete repairs, mix, pour, and spread materials such as Epoxy Mortar and concrete repair materials.
o Apply waterproofing membranes and epoxy finishes.
o Assist tradespersons on site by providing them with a clean workspace.
o Assist in demolishing buildings using pry bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials.
o Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment.
o Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

ï‚· Skills requirements:
Experience required minimum 2 year in the same field.
Estimation Knowlege, site inspection, preparation of BOQ , Supervision skill required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
