Job Overview
This position ensures smooth operation and provides excellent hospitality customer services.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct regular training sessions with the team members according to outlet’s SOPs.
· Responsible for arranging and monitoring the duty schedule for all the team members.
· Ensure proper grooming of all the team members.
· Assist the Outlet Manager in controlling the operation for a higher level of dining experience for the customers.
· Assists the Outlet Manager in making sure that the outlet is ready before the opening hours.
· If the hostess is not available, welcome customers and arrange suitable table or seating area in a warm and friendly manner. See to it that customer preferences are met.
· Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with the outlets’ customers.
· Familiar with the outlet’s menu, beverages, promotions and other important matters related to the outlet operations.
· Assist the Outlet Manager in meeting and maximizing the daily revenue to meet the monthly revenue budget set for the outlet.
· Work closely with all the team members, kitchen team as well as the outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth operation.
· Assist the Head Bartender in overseeing the bar operation as well as the bar team members during his/her absence.
· Promptly and professionally address any concerns from the customers, seeking assistance from the Manager if necessary.
· Must adhere to the health and safety regulations.
