- Overseeing all all the aspects of the outlet daily operation, ensuring a smooth functioning and high standards of service.
- Training and supervising all staff members
- Managing inventory of supplies, food, beverages, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Creating and managing the outlet budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial stability
- Identifying and implementing strategies to increase revenue, such as upselling, promoting events, and attracting new costumers.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with club members, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- Planning and coordinating a variety of events.
- Operational Stamina: Physically able to stand, move quickly, and lift heavy items, during long, fast-paced shifts.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with a strict requirement to work late nights, weekends, and major holidays.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to calmly diffuse tense customer interactions or staff conflicts under a loud, high-pressure environment.
