Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive growth, generate new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical or facility services and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in technical services and facility management sectors.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand service capabilities and propose tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Maintain a client database and regularly follow up on prospects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technical services, MEP, or facility management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
