Duties and responsibilities related to the Outlet Manager role:
Lead and manage the lunch and dinner operations of the South African Restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to developinnovativestrategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
Lead recruitment efforts to attracttop talent, utilizinginnovativemethods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
Championguest satisfactioninitiatives, deliveringexceptional servicethrough effectivetraining and developmentof the team.
Encourage creativity andinnovationwithin the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management
Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
