Architectural Engineer specializing in Interior Design, responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive interior design solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings that clearly communicate project concepts and execution requirements.
- Apply engineering principles, mathematics, material science, and design knowledge to produce functional and high-quality design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
- Monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance and design recommendations throughout all project stages.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to define project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure design intent is properly implemented on-site while maintaining alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior architecture.
- 4+ years of professional experience in interior design and architectural projects within residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, detailing, and interior construction methods.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop functional and aesthetically refined interior solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, technical detailing, and site coordination processes.
