OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE Jobs in Dubai at NPM Group
We’re URGENTLY looking for a Project Registration/ Junior Real Estate Admin who specializes in Coordinating and handling Listings.
Requirements:
* With a minimum of 1 year of real estate Admin experience.

* Know the areas in Dubai – the idea of the real estate developers’ projects is a must.

* Should have effective communication skills.

* Be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google (Sheets, Docs/Calendar, etc.) to efficiently share reports and forecasts.

* Knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.

* Must know how to do a property listing and manage the property portals. (SalesForce, Bayut, Dubizzle, Propertyfinder etc)

* Equipped with the knowledge of RERA rules and regulations (Trakheesi) and AML.

* Has good attention to detail and great organizing skills; with good phone etiquette.

* Welcomes challenges and is a fast learner – we have exclusive projects we are marketing to clients.
* With a positive attitude; always up for challenges and eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:
* Signing up on Salesforce our OBG Sales Partners, coordinate for missing documents and share necessary documentation as needed.
* Carefully review documents submitted by the partners, and do proper filing.
* Focus on listings permit application and renewal
* Create proper listings according to portal requirements – making sure our listings get the most exposure
* Sort Portal reports and improve lead generation accordingly.
* Answer reception phone calls and coordinate for document shipping to clients and agencies.
* Handling projects emails and coordinating meeting schedules of the managers as needed
* Assist the Managers along with the other admins as needed.
