We are looking for a skilled and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent flower care knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to create high-quality floral arrangements that meet our standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate hand bouquets and floral arrangements to a high standard.Design and prepare arrangements in floral foam, including stands, boxes, baskets, and other floral concepts.Follow existing designs accurately while maintaining consistency and quality.Develop new floral designs and arrangement ideas when requested.Quickly accept and process orders from delivery platforms and execute ordered arrangements in a timely manner.Receive, process, condition, and care for fresh flowers to maximize quality and vase life.Monitor flower quality and communicate with suppliers regarding flower condition, availability, and product requirements.Assist walk-in customers and provide professional recommendations when needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, refrigeration units, and floral materials.Ensure all arrangements are prepared with attention to detail and presented to premium standards.Support daily shop operations and contribute to a positive working environment.
