Roles & Responsibilities of Purchaser:
Sourcing out the products / suppliers in online portal, and working knowledge of MS office.
Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives for the customer.
Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered, resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
Keeps information accessible by sorting and filling documents.
Accomplishes purchasing and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities Warehouse In charge:
Manage the warehousing and storage of all materials.
Supervise the delivery of materials to all district facilities upon schedule and / or request.
Prepare emergency deliveries if needed.
Plan & direct the inventory and stock control programs of materials.
Maintain the inventory of supplies coordinate the replacement and ordering of such
Monthly exhibit report of goods In and out.
Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly replacement of existing materials as it expires or deteriorates.
Keeping stock control system up- to-date and planning future capacity requirements.
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Supervise processing of all receiving reports on all shipments received through the warehouse.
Supervise the cleaning of warehouse including waste disposal of packaging materials and develop cleaning schedule.
Perform other duties assigned by manager.
