We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to lead and optimize our organization’s operational functions. This dynamic role involves managing property listings, streamlining property management processes, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Listings & Lead Management Supervision:
Ensure accurate and updated property listings across platforms.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance property visibility.
Manage leads through CRM and expand the property database.
Property Management Supervision:
Oversee tenant relations, lease renewals, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, Oqody, and tenancy laws.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, clients, and vendors.
Prepare the SPA.
Operational Leadership:
Implement efficient systems and workflows.
Align cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present reports on listings, property management, and sales.
Identify challenges and recommend improvements.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 4-5 years in real estate operations.
Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, Oqody system, property management software, RERA regulations, and tenancy laws.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a MUST.
