Job Summary

The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. The role is responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, leave management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law. The HR Assistant also serves as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job vacancies on recruitment portals.
  • Screen CVs and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Conduct employee orientation and collect joining documents.

Employee Records

  • Maintain and update employee personal files.
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and confidential.
  • Update HR databases and prepare HR reports.
  • Monitor contract expiry dates and probation periods.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
  • Verify timesheets and attendance reports.
  • Maintain annual leave, sick leave, and other leave records.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.

HR Administration

  • Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, and other employee documents.
  • Assist with visa, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and work permit documentation.
  • Maintain HR filing systems (physical and electronic).
  • Coordinate employee training and engagement activities.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support HR audits and documentation requirements.

Employee Relations

  • Respond to employee HR-related queries.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.

Other Duties

  • Prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Coordinate with government departments and service providers when required.
  • Perform any other HR or administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 years of HR experience .
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with attention to detail.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
