exciting
opportunity for an Order Taker in the food and beverage department who will ensure
guest satisfaction
by accurately taking and processing orders in a friendly and accommodating manner.
You should be able to suggest additional items to customers and upsell whenever appropriate. About You  Strong ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Clear and
effective communication
, both verbal and written. Ensuring orders are taken and processed accurately. Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment
. Addressing any issues or concerns that arise promptly and effectively.
Preferably diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage. Previous experience in a similar role.
