We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior Barista to join our team at our bustling caf in Riyadh As the Senior Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the caf and providing excellent customer service to our guests
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station including equipment tools and supplies
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed when handling and preparing food items
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner take orders process payments and handle any customer inquiries or concerns
- Train new baristas on proper drink preparation techniques customer service skills and caf procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans milk syrups cups etc to ensure they are always well-stocked
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare food items such as sandwiches or pastries to accompany drinks
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding health code regulations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
- Strong knowledge of different coffee bean types brewing methods and latte art techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Customer-oriented with exceptional multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work full-time hours including weekends
