Proactive & Motivated: Take initiative, stay observant, and perform duties with focus.
Communication: Report directly to the captain and maintain smooth coordination.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure the yacht is clean inside/out, including decks, machinery, and BBQ.
Tourist Knowledge: Know the trip route and share relevant info about tourist spots.
Stock Management: Ensure adequate food, beverage, and cleaning stock for each trip.
Guest Safety: Prioritize guest safety and security throughout the trip.
Ops Audit: Assist the captain in completing daily operational audits.
BBQ & Service: Cook, present BBQ, and ensure drinks and ashtrays are refreshed without prompt.
Engine Maintenance: Assist in daily engine and equipment inspections, report defects.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a smile, help with belongings, and offer welcome drinks.
Lost & Found: Check for forgotten items and report them to the office.
Teamwork & Coordination: Collaborate with the crew and coordinators to resolve issues.
Customer Experience: Provide excellent service and encourage positive reviews.
Certification Requirement: Must have a mechanical and electrical engineering diploma certification.
