Job description:
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- DHA OPTOMETRY license required if MOH, license should be converted to DHA license
- Customer Service experience
- Good Communications Skills
- Good computer skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet the customer
- Check the Case history
- Perform thorough routine eye inspections
- Assess customer’s/student’s eye to identify vision’s status
- Conduct the basic eye examination using optometric device like an occluder to check the Visual acuity of Right eye and Left eye.
- And if necessary check the field of vision and hand-eye coordination.
- Perform the Colorvision/Colorblindness test
- using Ishihara test plates
- Recommend glasses if needed. Inform the customer to wear medical glasses/corrective lenses while driving for a better vision.
- Upload the eye test result in RTA Eye test Information portal
- Keep a record of student’s eyetests report
License/Certification:
- DHA Optometry License (MUST)
