Job Title: Shipping Container Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Container Operations Coordinator to manage daily container operations, modifications, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in container handling, fabrication coordination, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day shipping container operations and yard activities
- Monitor container modification progress (fabrication, electrical, insulation, etc.)
- Track project status (Work Started → In Progress → Completed → Ready for Dispatch)
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
- Ensure timely delivery and dispatch of containers
- Maintain records of inventory, materials, and completed work
- Supervise loading/unloading and ensure safety compliance
- Handle documentation related to container movement and delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping container operations, logistics, or fabrication industry
- Knowledge of container modification works (civil, electrical, HVAC preferred)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with MS Excel / ERP systems
- Knowledge of UAE safety standards is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- Experience working in container fabrication or modular construction companies
