About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of:
• 50+ female nannies, babysitters and housekeepers, primarily Filipino/Tagalog-speaking.
• 3–5 Customer Support team members.
• 8–10 drivers supporting staff transportation.
• Client bookings, escalations, complaints, scheduling and service quality.
This is an office-based operations role, not a field cleaning or housekeeping position.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise 50+ field staff, ensuring attendance, discipline, availability and performance.
• Build a professional and accountable team culture.
• Manage employee concerns, conflicts, performance issues and escalations.
• Supervise the Customer Support team and ensure bookings and client requests are handled properly.
• Handle client complaints and escalations professionally and find practical solutions.
• Prepare and monitor daily staff and driver schedules.
• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations and operational emergencies.
• Coordinate staff transportation and driver schedules.
• Conduct team meetings, training, briefings and performance reviews.
• Monitor staff attendance, availability and compliance with company procedures.
• Use CRM systems, scheduling platforms and online tools to manage operations.
• Identify operational problems and improve processes.
• Maintain high standards of client service and employee conduct.
• Ensure company policies and applicable UAE requirements are followed.

We are a growing Dubai-based company providing babysitting, nanny, and cleaning services. We are looking for a mature, confident, and hands-on Operations Supervisor to manage our customer support operations and a large team of female Filipino staff.
This is a people-management role. You will be dealing daily with employees, clients, customer complaints, scheduling issues, and operational challenges.
Tagalog speaking is strongly preferred.
