Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as
Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-
to-end company formation and visa processing activities across UAE freezones,
ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all applications.
Fluency in Russian is a mandatory requirement for this role, as it involves regular
interaction with Russian-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end processing of company incorporation and visa
applications across UAE freezone authorities
Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory
requirements
Monitor application progress and conduct regular follow-ups with relevant
authorities
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for visa-related medical and biometrics
appointments
Handle post-incorporation services, including company amendments and
document requests
Maintain organized and up-to-date company and shareholder documentation
Track and update critical dates, including license renewals, establishment cards,
and visa expiries
Perform initial compliance and AML checks on stakeholders and maintain proper
records
Oversee back-end administrative processes related to incorporation, visa
issuance, renewals, and amendments
Provide timely support to client inquiries, ensuring proactive issue resolution and
appropriate escalation of complex matters
