- Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Monitor application progress and conduct regular follow-ups with relevant authorities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for visa-related medical and biometrics appointments
- Handle post-incorporation services, including company amendments and document requests
- Maintain organized and up-to-date company and shareholder documentation
- Track and update critical dates, including license renewals, establishment cards, and visa expiries
- Perform initial compliance and AML checks on stakeholders and maintain proper records
- Oversee back-end administrative processes related to incorporation, visa issuance, renewals, and amendments
- Provide timely support to client inquiries, ensuring proactive issue resolution and appropriate escalation of complex matters
