Responsibilities
- Safely operate light-duty vehicles, including flatbeds, vans, and trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper handling and securement of items.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic mechanical checks, and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist with automotive diagnostics and minor automotive repairs as needed, leveraging mechanical knowledge and mechanic experience.
- Manage conflict effectively when resolving delivery or customer issues on-site or during transit.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
