1. Experience working with Creating Desktop Images using MDT, Managing SCCM Clients, SCCM Task Sequences, GPO’s, Security Policies, Design Documentation, Operational Procedures, Training Support Teams, Deploy High Quality MSI Packages
2. Hands-on working experience in Microsoft Office 365, MS EDGE, Kaspersky Antivirus, MDM tools, MAC OS, iOS, and performance management utilities.
3. Network troubleshooting and good knowledge in Networking, Internet Protocols and Wi-Fi.
4. Management and administration of a domain-based machines running Microsoft Windows Servers.
Manage, administer, and troubleshoot Mobile devices and Voice telephony.
6. Troubleshooting system and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
7. Administering, troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
8. Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures
9. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications running windows, Citrix, network applications, printers, computer hardware any other peripheral equipment
Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
