Job Summary
Operations Planner specializing in Logistics and Distribution. This role focuses on the movement of goods, inventory management, and fulfilment for a company in the Tobacco industry.
Experience Required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
Proven track record of managing large-scale distribution networks, ideally with experience in international shipping and customs procedures.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
Skills for a Successful Candidate
Strong understanding of logistics principles, including inventory control, transportation planning, and warehousing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize distribution routes and reduce costs.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures,
Strong negotiation skills, Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
