Job Description
Kinetic is working with a leading hospitality company who are hiring an assistant marketing manager to be based in Dubai.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, CRM, and in-store promotions.
- Manage campaign timelines, creative approvals, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse sales and marketing data, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Coordinate with agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Support multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ marketing experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE market.
- Experience within the F&B, restaurant, QSR, casual dining, retail, or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills; manage multiple campaigns across different brands simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle is required.
- Preference given to candidates who can start immediately or within 30 days.
- Arabic would be advantageous.
