KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
◆Oversee the centre’s daily workflow, from client reception through to transaction completion.
◆Assign tasks across the team and monitor service times and completion turnaround.
◆Verify transaction documents before submission to the Dubai Land Department system.
◆Resolve pending or rejected transactions and prevent recurring causes.
◆Train new staff and manage team performance and shift schedules.
◆Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department, banks, developers, and brokerage firms.
◆Prepare periodic reports on transactions, client satisfaction, and performance indicators.
SALARY:
◆ Between 5,000 and 12,000 AED (depending on experience)
