Job Purpose
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail branches and markets, ensuring operational efficiency, high customer service standards, compliance with company policies, and achievement of sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across retail branches and markets.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
- Develop and implement operational plans and improvement initiatives.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor customer service quality and resolve customer complaints.
- Track and analyze operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, waste, and operational losses.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular branch visits and ensure operational compliance.
- Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees to improve performance.
- Implement initiatives to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in operations or retail management.
- Proven experience managing retail branches or multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of operational performance and KPI management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably ERP/POS systems.
- Good command of both English and Arabic.

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 – ﷼30,000.00 per month
