We are seeking a professional and well-organized Female Secretary to join our team at a prestigious Wigs Center located in Jumeirah, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Maintain client records and office documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with management and support daily office operations.
- Handle filing, data entry, and general administrative duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and business information.
Requirements:
- Female candidate.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Previous experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant is preferred.
