A well established Facilities Management Company, located in Dubai, is seeking to hire an experienced Operations Manager in the field of MEP/HVAC management systems – to join our team immediately.
Major Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
– Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP/HVAC systems for multiple projects all over UAE.
– Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers.
– Excellent Man-management skills.
– Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure the required MEP/HVAC systems meet project specifications, requirements and deadlines.
– Monitor system performance and address any issues or inefficiencies promptly.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
– Prepare and manage budgets for MEP/ HVAC projects and maintenance.
– Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions for cost management for project based requirements.
– Deep knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
– Strong leadership skills, with excellent problem-solving, Client relationship and attention-to-detail abilities.
– Preference will be given to candidates on Cancelled/Visit Visa.
– UAE driving license is a must.
