Operations Manager – Food & Beverage (F&B) Jobs in Doha at Vogue Hospitality
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager – Food & Beverage to oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant and hospitality outlets. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, drive profitability, maintain exceptional guest experiences, and lead high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with company standards.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and extensive multi-unit F&B operations experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurants and F&B outlets.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service and hospitality standards.
- Monitor outlet performance, sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
- Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Manage labor costs, scheduling, staffing levels, and workforce productivity.
- Review P&L reports and control operating expenses to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with Executive Chefs and outlet managers on menu performance and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP requirements, and local authorities.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Develop action plans to improve underperforming outlets.
- Prepare operational reports and present business performance to senior management.
- Ensure all outlets maintain high standards of health, safety, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of Food & Beverage operations experience.
- Minimum 3 years in an Operations Manager or Multi-Unit Manager position.
- Strong experience managing multiple restaurant or café locations.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, labor planning, and cost control.
- Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and health regulations.
- Experience with restaurant POS and inventory management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
- GCC hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
